Glavan Madalin Laurentiu Attends Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University

Glavan Madalin Laurentiu is enrolled at Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University in Bucharest, Romania majoring in law.  Going for a law degree does not necessarily mean that Laurentiu is searching for a typical attorney profession.  Laurentiu may use a law degree in a variety of careers in education, science, engineering, government and business, or Laurentiu may work in the public or private sector, or as a legal expert for communities or nonprofit agencies.

As a student of law Glavan Madalin Laurentiu adds to his experience and education in finance and business by becoming cognizant of and gain deeper insight into the sources of governmental power in his society and how it affects the everyday lives of a people within its jurisdiction.  Laurentiu will learn the rule of law, present in societies who leave within legal structures which are protections against abuse of power.  Legal systems properly enforced restrain those who would abuse their power, and those who have studied the law help hold governing bodies accountable for their actions.

Glavan Madalin Laurentiu can achieve an understanding of the law which could move him to be more cognizant of the defects in legal systems and work for reform, changes in legal precepts which will improve the justice for all citizens who live under a legal system.  Some legally practicing attorneys work full time in policy and reform.  Regardless of the career path chosen by those who study law, a legal education is an intellectual challenge which emphasizes position argument utilizing evidential precepts, an important advantage in any profession.
